Learning "it" – the panorama – is not difficult. While you are in your program, your panorama will be shared by your coach, so that he can assist if needed.
That said, learning project know-how for the real world can be very difficult, but this is just what the panorama helps you to do.
It is certainly not difficult learning the main technical systems that support the panorama, namely, the Mural® infinite canvas platform
Learning the abstract principles of the communities of practice that the panorama draws from, e.g. Kaizen, waterfall, and agile, will take some time. However, knowing these in depth is not essential to begin with, and the panorama assists you in getting to know them, specifically by way of AI coaching on each paradigm (under the "Act" rubric).
What will be the most challenging is learning practical project know-how from the abstract constructs of these communities, by way of action research in your real world. Along with project constructs, real world know-how also involves interpersonal and time management skills, that is, people, places, deadlines, budgets, etc.
While growing project know-how is a most challenging kind of learning, it is also the most rewarding, by far. Moreover, it is precisely this "most rewarding challenge" that the panorama is designed to help you tackle. It does so specifically by way of activities and advice under its its "Plan" and "Do" rubrics.
